To prepare for the exams, you should first check the detailed syllabus and pattern of the exam.

You will have to prepare a strategy for better preparation. Make a time table for your preparation and divide your time separately for each subject.
Study the topics thoroughly and try to make your concepts clear. Take help from your teacher and never hesitate in clearing your doubts.
