Alteast you should mention the name of the entrance exam or the college which is conducting the entrance exam so that we can give you a specific answer which will help you the most.
But for a general suggestion or preparation, I'd suggest the following -
Keep up to date with current affairs, know your general facts, have an elementary knowledge of mathematics and statistics, be prepared for quick on-the-spot thinking.

I want to apply for Xaviers college , Mumbai and they have only mentioned about BMS but not BMM entrance test! So now I have literally no idea of how to apply in the college for BMM!?
