Hi

UPSC is one of the most toughest Examination , you need to be really serious and focused towards your studies to crack it

Follow the below tips to prepare well for your UPSC Examination:-

  • Go through syllabus well , complete it at least 3 months before Examination so that you can keep the last months for revision as the syllabus of UPSC is quite wide
  • Make a routine or a time table and try to give at least 8 hours to studies
  • Read newspaper daily
  • Choose your optional subject wisely , choose the subject you have interest in.
  • Revise :- there's no point of preparing for the exam if you couldn't recall anything in the UPSC Examination so you should stress on revision as well.
  • Solve previous year question papers and mock test papers ;- You should solve these , it will give you idea of types of questions asked and their difficulty level and will help you a lot.

Hello,

1st step:- choose a good coaching institute and join in a course for a year. it would be difficult if you will practice alone and you will not get the competitive environment.

2nd step:-  cover the topics which is easy then go towards hard topics and revise the old ones which covering new ones.

3rd step:-  take break, rest. In that time remember formulas. (Note formulas in a note)

4th step:-  appear mock test to check your performance and solve previous year papers. give more focus in the weak section

Hope it helps!
