Preparing for NEET in 5 months seems to be difficult, but if you adopt smart study techniques you can do it.
You can prepare well for theoretical concepts from your boards preparation.
After your boards exam, you can spend more time in solving questions.
NEET has equal weightage for class 11 and 12, so you have to prepare for class 11 also.
Try to make short notes for chapters and revise it regularly.
Be CONSISTENT !
Consistency is the key!
After all, Solve past year papers as much you can!

To qualify NEET is tough but you can crack along with your board exam, if you maintain the consistency and follow your 11th and 12th standard syllabus. There are apps like unacademy, NPTEL where you can learn lessons from professional as well. You can crack it if you're determined and dedicated. Follow previous years questions and compare it with NCERT books,make a pattern of study and keep up with it.
And yes you need to prepare 11th as well. Follow NEET syllabus that will help you.

First of all, focus on the important chapters for NEET 2020. Also, if you are thorough with your board portion, it will be easier for you to study for NEET as well. Remember, most of the NEET syllabus is based upon NCERT books. Refer and go through them. Solve previous years question papers and mock tests to get a brief idea about the paper pattern.
Also do not stress over board exam. Be sure that you get minimum qualification percentage required for NEET. After your boards are done, you can solve and practice question papers.
Talking about class XI, I would prefer you to just go through the important topics ONLY. Don't go through everything.
