Look , pattern will be same but due to the changing marking scheme in maths and English , there's a doubt “from where we will get the internal marks” or “shall we have to give the practical exam of maths and English too if you want to give the improvement exam in above subject”

The answer is “ NO”

you don't have to give any internal exam for the above subject in improvement 2020.

But from where we get the extra 20 marks of internal. Will it be free or they will cut it??

Hmmmmm seem very confusing?!!!!

In 2020 you will have to give just the normal paper ( talking in the case of maths and english) (because in rest subject, internal marks will be carried over as there is no change in their marking scheme) out of 80 marks and since you are the candidate of improvement exam and don't have any internal previous marks, your marks will be calculated out of 80 and the percentage will be taken over & that percentage will be the final marks of that subject out of 100.

Example:

If you will get 65 out of 80 then your final marks in your marksheet will be declared as (65/80)*100

That will be 81.

That will be the new pattern for the improvement exam 2020.

Hope you got it.

EDIT: Many student asked that from where did you get this info? Is there any proof?

So let me clear that all the information above are provided by the principal of my school. I enquired about this issue and I got this answer. I enquired many top CBSE faculty and I also got the same answer , so there is possibility that this can be the case. Since there is no any official declaration , there cannot be a confirm answer to this question. Stay updated!!

I have failed my maths class 12 exam, I scored well In other subjects, it would really be easy for me to pass if it's 80marks paper as It has compareitivly less questions with easy topics. Will it be for us re-examination students also?
Will it be 80 or 100m?
