how to process final registration aiims?

Just login to your registered ID (by visiting aiimsexams.org) and then generate the code (if you haven't generated yet). If a code gets successfully generated, you don't need to worry. Then go to
http://mbbs.aiimsexams.org/
for final registration process. Fill your qualification details, Make payment, select city of exam and print the final registration form.
