Since you have made your mind to choose science stream then Physics and Chemistry are definitely in (English as well). When it comes to choosing third one then you need to intorspect in which field you wish to pursue your career. If you wish to pursue field in Medical then opt either of Biology or Biotech or if Non-Medical you should opt for Maths. Some schools do provide you option of Maths-Bio or Maths-Biotech or Bio-Biotech for medical and Maths-Economics, Maths-Physical Education and Maths-Computer Sc. See which of these options are provided in your for respective field.

If you want to make career in Science then you should select science maths or science biology as this in 11th and 12th class. If you have interest in Science when science maths and science bio will help you to make career in these fields. Due to these field you can become an engineer doctor surgeon etc. You should go to different type of techniques and knowledge about the feel like in science. What you want to become should be the main motive for the selection of the subject in class 11.
