Hello Shristy,
You cannot recover your BITS Pilani application password once you have created one,
But you can surely reset your password of BITS Pilani application from the below link:
https://wilpadmissions.bits-pilani.ac.in/accounts/password/reset/
Just enter your registered e-mail id and you can reset your password.
