Here are the details:

Candidates need to get registered on the SRMJEEE application/registration portal before they can fill the application form. The steps to fill the SRMJEEE 2018 application form, including registration, are explained in detail below.

Step 1: Registration

To get registered the candidate will have to enter the following details:

• Name

• E-mail ID

• Mobile Number

• Choose a password

• Select state and city

• Enter the text that will be displayed on the registration window

Once all the details have been entered, a verification mail will be sent to the email ID used for registration. The candidate has to click on the verification link to activate the account and complete the registration process.

Step 2: Log in

The candidate will have to log in to the application portal for filling the application form of SRMJEEE 2018. To log in, the password and email ID entered by the candidate for registration has to used.

Step 3 – Filling of SRMJEEE 2018 Application Form

Upon successfully logging in, the candidate will be able to fill the SRMJEEE application form 2018. To fill the application form, the candidate has to enter the following information:

• Candidates will have to select if they have studied from India or not and then move towards the next step.

Step 4-Preferences and Personal Details

• Select the programme and the campus: Select the course according to the preference and the campus where they wish to seek admission

• Select the Exam city: Candidates can select at least the exam city according to their preference

• Personal Details : In this section, the candidate will have to enter details like their name, contact number, email address, date of birth, if they are differently abled and Aadhaar Card number

Step 5: Details of the parents: Candidates will have to mention the information that is given below:

• Father's name, mobile number, email address, occupation  and designation
• Name of the mother, mobile number and email address

Step 6: Address For Communication- Candidates will have to mention the country, state, district, city and correspondence address. They will have to mention if their permanent address and address for communication is same or not.

Step 7: Academic Details: Candidates will have to state if they are appearing in Class XII or they have completed their Class XII. They will have to mention their institute name , board, marking scheme, year of passing and registration number.

Step 8: Upload academic and other documents

In this step, the candidate will have to upload the following files:

• Recent Coloured Photograph

• Signature

• Scanned images of 10 th Marksheet

• Scanned image of Aadhaar Card

The images to be uploaded must be in JPEG format. Also, the photograph must have a plain background.

• The passport size photograph should be of 200 KB, dimension should be 200x300 pixels
• Scanned copy of signature should be of upto 200 KB, dimension should be of 140x60 pixels

Step 9: Declaration: Candidates will have the option to preview the application form and declare that all the information furnished by the candidate is correct and then proceed towards making the payment.

Step 10 : Make Payment

During this step, candidates have to pay the SRMJEEE 2018 application. There are two ways of paying the application fee:

• Online with e-payment : E-payment can be made using Debit Card/Credit Card/Online Net Banking

• Online with Demand Draft : The candidate has to download the application form after filling it online and draw a DD of Rs. 1100 drawn in favour of SRMIST, payable at Chennai. The DD and the application then has to be sent to the following address:

Note: Application forms will not be processed until receipt of the DD.

Application Fee : The application fee for applying to SRMJEEE 2018 is Rs. 1100

• Before filling the application form of SRMJEEE, read the instructions carefully.

• Information entered in the application must be correct and true; or else the application form might be rejected

• The language for filling the application form of SRMJEEE 2018 is English only.

• After successfully completing the application process, candidates are urged to keep a print out of the SRMJEEE 2018 application form for future reference.
