How to reject the first counseling college in apicet after submit the joining report in the college

IF you have paid fees and accepted the joining and reported at the alloted college you can participate in subsequent round of counselling. If a seat is alloted as per new option then first allotment will be cancelled and candidates will be moved to new alloted college.
