Revising NCERT Biology 30 times is not recommended. There are a total of 38 chapters (Class 11 chapters - 22 & Class 12 chapters 16) in NCERT Biology. Follow this simple strategy -
(1) After revising each chapter, solve previous year NEET Questions (not older than 2012), questions from NCERT based books (during my NEET UG preparation, I used the book by Rajiv Vijay as that book has all lines of NCERT in the form of MCQs) and questions from NCERT Exemplar.
(2) After finishing up all 38 chapters, start solving full syllabus tests (of NEET and mock papers)
Since you have mentioned that you have completed the revision of NCERT Biology for at least three times, the above-mentioned tasks won't consume much of your time. You can easily complete one round of task (1) + task (2) in not more than 40 days. Then, you can again start revising from chapter 1.
There are certain chapters (memory based/example based) which would require more revision -
The remaining chapters (which include Human and Plant physiologies) are more of concept based and don't require much of rote learning.
If you manage to complete at least 3-chapter wise tests (for each chapter), NEET Biology PYQs (2012 - 2022) and 10 full syllabus biology mock tests, you can easily cross 340 in Biology in the NEET UG Exam.

Hello,
Before the exam, it is suggested that you read the biology NCERT at least ten times. I've read it myself over fifteen times. People who diligently read and practiced coaching modules are the ones who claim to have only read it four or five times.
After witnessing the NEET exams for 2020 and 2021, I don't believe anyone should run around reading extra material provided in large books since it is not necessary and merely poses as a time waster.
Here, I'd also want to add that because NEET and any competitive exams can be very unpredictable, it's best to return to coaching notes frequently and, if at all feasible, jot down key ideas in the NCERT itself. This will guarantee that nothing crucial that is not provided or concealed in NCERT gets missed. It can be highly beneficial to complete and then review MCQs and previous year questions from the NEET, AIPMT, and, if time allows, State PMTs as well.
Without putting in extra effort, reading and revising NCERT repeatedly also guarantees good scores in exams.
At the end of the day, thoroughly reviewing the syllabus is more beneficial than reading a lot of additional material just occasionally.
Best wishes for your future!!
