Physics is as important as math and chemistry in JEE as it carries equal number of marks. There are important topics hat carry a good weightage of marks like Electrostatics , Oscillation and Waves , Modern Physics, Optics . Do not omit these.
Magnetics, Electromagnetic Induction and AC , Current Electricity , Waves are a few topics that a lot of queestions can be expected from.
Prepare formula sheets or flash cards for formulae from each chapter seperately which will make revision easy.
If you do not have a lot of time revise and focus more on what you already know.

You can target chapters like kinematics,Laws of Motion , Electronics and Magnetics,Optics and Thermodynamics as these chapters cover large percentage of the questions in the paper of physics.
