First of all, do not panic. You have enough time for your preparation but try to utilise every minute. First of all make an action plan giving higher preferences to easier and scoring topics. Read thoroughly NCERT Books for chemistry especially and physics. Practice a lot of problems but only after you are firm footed on basics and theories. Solve at least one test paper a weak in time limit and count your score and check your progress and find your weak points and areas where you can capitalise. For maths practice and practice more problems. Moreover,do not count hours of study but count number of things you have done. Do not over do or get frustrated but always try to gain mastery over theory and get your doubts cleared for sure.

BEST OF LUCK & WORK HARD !!!
