Well, to score 600+ you just need to believe and do your work consistently.
You should make a schedule and stick to ncert only.
Practice as many questions as you can and also be aware of time limit.
Practice as many test papers, previous year papers and join any test series.

Learn all the factual based questions and make mind maps, formula chart and paste it on the wall so that whenever you see you go through all that.
Always use a highlighter for Biology and Inorganic chemistry and mark important points in Ncert book

Also you should use some reference books for more clearance and confidence and solve mcqs from them you can also take Aakash Allen modues to solve questions.
