To score a good marks in any board or any exam you will have to study with all your heart.The only way possible to score good marks is study and there is no other alternative.But you don't have to do just hard work and instead i would suggest you to do smartwork.Make a proper time table and routine that suits you properly and study accordingly.

Stay a bit away from social media and other stuffs that may distract you.Cover all the syllabus and do remember to analyze and revise syllabus and the end.
