hello aspirant...
hope you are doing good.
It is possible to score 120 points in a month in an exam like JEE Main (provided you have a basic understanding of at least 50–60 percent of the syllabus).
It's possible that you've been off track for some time and now realize there's only one month until the exam.
First and foremost, you must "Calm down" and be completely focused for the next 30–40 days.
First, choose one subject that you enjoy studying the most and is your strongest...
In comparison to the other two subjects, you should devote more time to that one.
At least 80–90% of the chapters from your strong subject should be covered...
And from the other two subjects, choose your strong and easy chapters.
My chemistry, for example, is more powerful than my physics and mathematics.
JEE MAINS is one of India's most difficult exams. So, with only a month's preparation, it's difficult but not impossible. The knowledge you have is something you should be concerned about. You must decide whether you have no knowledge or have knowledge but have not applied it to solving JEE problems. It may be more difficult if you have no prior knowledge and are starting from scratch. However, if you know your fundamentals and have studied the subjects in some way, it will be less difficult for you.
For a one-month strategy, I recommend starting with the high-scoring topics. There are some topics that have had a high weightage for a long time. So, if you can prepare those topics, you have a good chance of getting 100-120.
Hope this information helps you...
All the best.
