Preparing for NEET needs quite a time so, just by preparing for 6 days , won't help you that much . But if you are ready for a long term good preparation then:
The initial step is to create a schedule. Other than your waking and sleeping hours, avoid setting any other time. Create a preliminary timetable and keep it private.
The next thing you need to do is create a list of every chapter on your syllabus. Make a thorough list of all of these chapters, whether they are from chemistry, biology, or physics.
