Hello Sandeep,
Your basics in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics should be very clear upto 12th std. You should read the NCERT books for basics. Then HC Verma for Physics, RD Sharma for Mathematics, OP Tendon for Physical & Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry of "Arihant Publication" for detail or extra knowledge.
You should also try to solve the previous years question papers, this helps too much and you should also give the mock test to rectify yourself and build your confidence level.
For preparation of exam, the most important thing is your confidence after that you should know the whole syllabus and make your plan properly for learning new chapters, solving the numericals and revision. All three things should be the part of your preparation strategy in daily routine.

Hello Applicant,
For an easy score reading NCERT books properly is your way to go.
For chemistry, it is best to stick to stick to NCERT books of class 11 and 12. Memorize formulas, reactions and their mechanisms by heart.
Chemistry is the most scoring subject among all others.
For physics, it'll be better to start with H. C. Verma to have a clear understanding of all the concepts. Solve all the questions in the NCERT book.
For maths practice each and every problem from NCERT then you can move on to R. D. Sharma problems.
Practice previous year questions and read the NCERT books line by line.
Hope this helps. You can contact for any further guidelines.
Well in one line It is easy for someone but not for all. You can make it easy by studies. For those who study it is easy for others it is tough. You can get 150 By solving HC Verma, Previous Years Question, But solving does not mean remembering them But to solve them By understanding each and every concept involved. That is every problem Teach You something out of those Problems You will find some of them In JEE Mains. But remember don't waste times on problem which don't let you learn something out of them and just take a lot of your precious times.
