Dear student
There are two things that you need to crack JEE:
- The right kind of resources - study materials, practice papers, mock test series
- A smart preparation plan
For JEE, the most important study materials are the NCERT standard textbooks for Class 11 and 12. You need to finish them thoroughly and clear your basics. As you study, make notes for each subject in separate notebooks - important points, equations, reactions, formulas for various mechanisms, experiments, processes, etc.
solve as many jee practice question as possible of all difficulty levels from that chapter.
Take jee mock tests at regular intervals to see where you stand is very crucial to your preparation and get used to the level of difficulty of the exam.
Create a timetable and study for 6-7 hours daily based on your strengths and weaknesses. You will definitely crack JEE with a great score. And do not forget to revise regularly.
Hope it helps
All the best!!!!
hello arbab,
this is the very tough stuff to study self or preparation for IIT JEE at home by self. because the syllabus of IIT JEE is totally different from 12th standard and level of difficulties of questions are totally different.
but if you want to prepare yourself, then you have to solve HC Verma for Physics and the irodov book also. and other books for IIT JEE. you have to join for study material of any coaching like FIT JEE or AKASH INSTITUTE etc. that's very useful.
thank you.
