You should clearly mention your application no. in the following list of supporting documents:

• Copy of community/caste certificate duly signed by the Dy. Tehsildar or District Magistrate. If the copy is in other language you need to attach a translated version in English of the certificate.
• For college of Nursing sponsorship, the application form along with required certificates or other enclosures should be sent.
• For Undergraduate College Sponsorship for Christians, the application form along with required certificates or other enclosures should be sent.

You need to send all the documents so that it reaches the office before the last date i.e. 2nd April 2019.
