Hello,

In order to speak well any language you have to build your foundation strong, hence having a strong hold over grammar and vocabulary is imperative regarding this, you can definitely start off with simpler words, but having knowledge of wide range of vocabulary helps in comprehension, you can read newspapers such as The Hindu or The Indian Express, the editorials will help you lot in comprehension and vocab building, get yourself acquainted with various accents that is there is difference in people who have English as their native langauge and those who don't, you can watch English movies/shows with subtitles regarding this, watch YouTube channels, for example if you have interest in food or travel, then try to watch these kind of content, try to understand the meaning, and most importantly if you already possess a strong hold on the language, and it's the confidence that you're lacking, then make efforts to communicate with your family, friends and teachers in the same langauge, just be persistent in your efforts, even if you falter still continue with your efforts, remember your goal of speaking fluent english, and this shall come only with practice.
