Dear aspirant,
I understand your situation.
First of all understand that English is just a language and not a measure of your talent/ intelligence/ capability. If you understand this, you'll start feeling a bit more confident. If you want to improve on any language the best way is to look at how native speakers speak the language. So try watching English movies with subtitles and slowly you'll internalize the language. Read more books, make small progresses. Learn grammar. Get English grammar practice books and practice how nouns, verbs and adjectives are used. Talk to a non-judgemental friend who is good at English. Join English speaking coaching classes and practice regularly. The more you listen and speak the more you'll be able to internalize the language, the better you'll get at it.
Hope this helps.
