How to specify that I have done my 10th in ICSE board in the JNUEE 2021 registration form?

Hi Aspirant!
There is no need to specify that. When you will be filling up the application form for JNUEE 2021, you will be asked to fill up your academic details of 10th , 12th or diploma (if any). There you need to select the board of education from where your completed 10th and 12th class and you can choose the ICSE board or so.
