Admission in BHU for BA LLB is through BLAT i.e Banaras Hindu University Law Admission Test.
You cannot start/attempt BLAT right now , application form will be released by NTA and also examination date will be released by NTA which is the conducted body of BLAT on the behalf of BHU. You can fill its application form and then appear in BLAT on its examination date

Once the application form gets released you can fill the form following the below steps
--------------------) First of all visit the official website i.e bhuet.nta.nic.in and register to generate your login credentials.
--------------------) Fill the application form, you will have to fill your personal, communication and your academic details
--------------------) Submit your documents. You need to submit:-
Your photo
Your signature
--------------------) Now pay the application fee.
--------------------) Finally take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

You need 10+2 /equivalent qualification from a recognised board .
Those appearing for 12th are also provisionally eligibility.
Open board students are not eligible
