Well you have to be self motivated and try to foucs that you wanted admission in AIIMS. Your goal should be clear in your mind and through that only you will work hard and stay motivated.
Also do not worry, stay positive and for better prepration make a plan and schedule, work accordingly also do practice last years papers.
