The motivation should come from within.
If you really want to pursue bright career with growth chart exponentially increasing, you require passion to study and with that comes interest.
So crux of the motivation comes from your interest, Passion and Ambition.
One must put lot of dedicated action with persistent efforts desoite of challenges and failures.
Failures are stepping stones to success, dont get disheartened by failure but embrace them and cinvert it into success.
Once you have your goals established, motivation shall come from all sources, anddwith patience and persistence you shall succeed.

Motivation is this invisible force that drives you toward a goal and keeps you going when things get rough, it is the reason you wake up early or stay up late to finish your work.Visualize your successPlan your workAccept mistakesFocus on small goalsNever, ever quit

Good Luck!
