this is very common problem for everyone and it is not the problem of anly students but many other working people are phone addicted and nowdays it is one of the main problem .

There are the some common ways to get rid of phone addiction ,like as:

• PLEASE DO NOT DO EVERY WORK ON YOUR DEVICE ,DO MANUALLY
• LIMIT YOURSELF IN FRONT OF SCREEN
• PUT YOUR PHONE IN AIRPLANE MODE OR DND DURING STUDIES
• PUT THE PHONE TOO AWAY DURING STUDIES
• DONT TAKE IT TO THE BEDROOM DURING SLEEP TIMING
• CONTROL YOURSELF

The main important thing you need to do if you want to get rid of that problem is put yourself in discipline, control yourself, busy yourself in different works and trying to ignore the phone.
