Dear Aspirant,

For JEE Main preparation the most important thing you need is the consistency. Prepare a time table and study for a fixed 8 hours everyday, if thinking of joining coaching then study for at least 3 hours apart from the coaching.

For books, I suggest you must buy some institute coaching material even if you are not planning to join coaching. These materials are prepared with the JEE syllabus in the mind and therefore contains the exact stuff you need for preparing the JEE exam.

The next thing is Practice question. If you buy the coaching material you'll get all the question banks too. Go for these questions as you learned the topic. Keep practicing them and if you get stuck then use online resources.

You can also check out the following books:

  • Physics - Concept of Physics by HC Verma
  • Mathematics - Das Gupta
  • NCERTs for PCM
