If you want to clear neet exam then you should follow a proper schedule-
1) divide your day into 4 halves and each halve should be for 3 hours, first half should be for physics, second halve should be for chemistry,3rd half should be for biology and 4th half should be for solving MCQ'S
2) your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly
3) opt any one reference book for each subject for solving MCQ'S like for physics you can opt universal publication,dc Pandey,Allen module,for chemistry you can opt Dinesh objective,MTG,ABC publication,Allen module,for biology you can opt trueman of biology, Pradeep,MTG.Try not to solve too many books as it will only confuse you
4) solve previous year question paper as some questions are asked as it is
5) solve mock test papers to increase your speed of solving paper within time limit.
6) The last and the most important thing, don't get demotivated,it will only cause you problems so watch motivational videos or do meditate.

Hardly months are left for the exam. It's difficult to start everything newly.. but not impossible. You require to put a lot of efforts and do smart work if you want to crack NEET.
Follow the below given tips..
1. Take biology first and make it a habit to study biology daily for atleast 4 hours- 2 hours in the noon and 2 in the night. Make a list of important chapters and plan your schedule accordingly.
Human Physiology had the highest weight age and so start studying it first.
Genetics
Biotechnology
Reproduction
Reproductive Health
Strategies of Human Health diseases
Animal Kingdom- classification
Anatomy of flowering plants
These are the most important chapters to be done as more number of questions are asked from them.
Don't leave the other chapters. . But study them later after you complete the above ones. Try to make key word type notes simultaneously. This will help you remember the main points + brief summary will also be prepared in the notes form which you can revise later for quick revision. Refer NCERT only.
For Chemistry- take the organic chemistry chapters first as maximum no. Of questions are asked every year. For nomenclature and basic rules understanding- organic chemistry chapters refer NCERT and for MCQs solving refer Arihant Publications book. If you practice MCQs topic wise then it'll be easy for you to understand the question-level + the logic applications.
Inorganic chemistry chapters- refer NCERT only. It's theory mainly which is to be understood and remembered.
Physical chemistry- requires MCQs practice. Read the chapter quickly from NCERT and try to understand the concepts. Apply logics. Note down the formulae in a separate book and solve MCQs accordingly. The more number of questions you Practice.. the more you'll score.
