MH-CET is a state level entrance exam for admissions into B-Schools of Maharashtra.

The Quantitative ability section has approximately 18-20 questions. The difficulty level of questions in this category is from easy to moderate.

The major topics include questions on approximations and calculations which include BODMAS, number system, percentage, interest, profit and loss, average, ratio proportion, alligations and mixtures, time and work, time speed & distance, algebra, progressions, set theory, geometry, mensuration, trigonometry, permutations & combinations, probability, etc.

Attempt previous year papers and give sectional mocks to get hold on the exam.

Try to develop approximations, decimal-fractions and percentage for better performance here. You can benefit from practice DI questions, maths study material and category-wise practice questions for the CET exam preparation.

The MH-CET exam has approximately 50 - 55 questions of logical reasoning.

In this section, the majority of the questions appear from the areas like analytical puzzles, alpha-numeric series, blood relations, coding - decoding, Symboperation, Input-output, Syllogism etc. Besides that the questions on different areas of verbal reasoning like implicit assumptions, courses of action and conclusions also appear in a sufficient number.

Go through these important topics, work on the sums patiently yet in time and with accuracy.

This exam is all about speed and accuracy so get well in these 2 aspects.

Good Luck!!
