Hi
Studying for long durations can often prove ineffective. One should take small breaks in between periods of studying to refresh oneself. Find what makes you get rid of tiredness, for me, taking short naps of around 30 mins worked. Since you havent mentioned exactly what you are studying, I'll answer from my experience in PCM. I used to start the day with Physics/Maths because you are fresh in the mornings and these subjects require more rigorous application of concepts. Then a nap, and the other subject. Finally when I used to get tired, I would go on to less rigorous subjects like Chemistry or English for board exams, or completing my lab reports etc. Hope this helps!
Hey there
Consistency is a big issue during student life. I suggest you to do meditation and yoga to improve concentration. Also fix your aim on one thing and do not get distract from the aim. You will find that if you concentrate on one goal and if you have very strong reasons why you want to achieve the goal then you will automatically be consistent as being consistent will be only option left for you then.
Good luck
Dear Aspirant,
I suggest you should first make a time table and make a minimum study time timetable. Start with few hours a day with breaks at every hour or every half an hour. But make sure you give those many hours in as you have in your timetable. You can start with only 2 hours per day and then gradually decrease the number of breaks and increase the study hours.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
