See firstly don't take stress and feel relaxed and calm.Make a daily habit of waking up early around 5 or 6 am and going to bed early in the night around 10 or 10:30 pm. Take short naps in between for approximately about 1-2 hrs.Eat proper food. Then coming to studies firstly revise the topics you feel you are perfect and make them thorough like if there is a question from those particular topics you should be able to answer them at any cost irrespective of its difficulty in the exam. Then select scoring topics. Then go to the topics which are slightly difficult.Make yourself so perfect step by step and don't try to complete everything in single step.Slowly try to cover all the topics. It doesn't mean only reading concepts, keep practising.Everyday 3 days take mock tests to make yourself prepared

For the last week, there are a few things you need to keep in mind
1. Don't panic. Keep telling yourself that panic won't help and try to keep yourself as calm as possible.
2. STOP studying new chapters completely. It will NOT help at this moment. Revise the basic concepts and formulas, especially for the areas that are your strongest (yes strongest, not weakest). Make sure you get everything right in these.
3. Try some practice tests. A lot of them are available online with solutions. You could try the previous year Question papers or other sample papers at this time. The purpose is to put yourself through the 3 hour exam routine (preferably from 9:30 to 12:30) multiple times so that you feel comfortable on the day of the exam. (This routine is very important and neglected a lot.) Practice at least 3-5 (it would be ideal though if you get 6-8) tests before exam.
1) You find which topic has maximum question in exam, you read that topic First & Prepare in GoodWay
2) Short-Notes help you to revise formula & key points
3) Open you Book & Notes & See that area where you mark in preparation time.
4) Solve previous year question papers.
5) Discuss topic with Good Friends. It will help in to revise your subject.
Must have heard that advice plenty of times right? While it's absolutely true, there's nothing wrong with touching a new topic or two as well. Just ensure that you don't spend too much time on learning new concepts, and forget to revise the ones you already have a grasp on.
The best way to study according to a plan is to have a plan in the first place. So make a realistic schedule for the week, and then divide it suitably into days.
The most important is self-discipline. Stick to your plan! That's all.
