Log in to your profile for the examination you are talking about. Then on the profile section you will get the option named 'Verify Email'. Put the email address you have applied with or the email id in which you want to get the updates then submit the request. You will receive either a OTP (a code will be sent to your email and you have to put the code in the website it will be shown) or a verification link (you have to just click the link and the email will be verified).

I would recommend you to verify your email because its very useful as you will get the necessary updates on the email.
