Bsc Microbiology is a undergraduate level course offered by many institutes in India. The admission to most of the colleges is based on marks in qualifying exam. However, few colleges might also take entrance based admission. Following are few colleges offering this course in India:

You haven't mentioned the name of the college of which you want to know the admission process, so here I'm telling you the basic admission procedure that is applicable to take admission in most of the Colleges of India.
The admission to MSc. Microbiology in most of the Colleges is Merit based, that means the admission will be done on the basis on your marks of class 12th, the college considers the marks of class 12th of subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology, colleges offer admission on merit based, release their cutoffs every year, but there are also some Colleges offer admission on the basis of entrance exam, some of the entrance exams for same are AMUEEE, Assam CEE, LPUNEST etc.
Some of the top colleges for same are:
1. Madras Christian College, Chennai
2. St Xaviers College, Mumbai
3. Ethiraj College for women, Chennai
4. Ramnarain RUIA autonomous College, Mumbai
