If you are aiming for govt colleges then 560+( marks out of 720 ) is a safe range while for private medical colleges it will be around 440-560 ( However it may vary on which college you are preferring, say for Amrita medical college or for colleges under Christian management, you need to score well).
You will have 15 percent all India quota if you are a non keralite. If you are a keralite then 85 percent state quota will be available. Try scoring above 500 if you want to get a good college and above 600 if you want a government college. All the best !

if you want admission in pvt college you can either be keralite or non keralite. you have to apply for kerala state counselling when it opens.
if you want to eneter any deemed university in kerala then you have to go for all india counselling procedure.
