• Then Sign in
• Login again with the system-generated IDs
• Fill the details including personal details, educational information
• Submit and pay the application fee
  

• He/she must have qualified NEET 2021
  
• He/she must be at least 17 years old as on December 21, 2021
  
• he/she must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects
