Hi Sanchita!

In order to crack NEEt, you need to be hardworking, committed and dedicated especially since you want to do it w/o any coaching. Here are a few pointers:

  • Study the NCERT textbooks thoroughly in order to build a strong foundation for the concepts. also, in Biology, around 80-85% of the questions are quite direct.
  • After you have studied a particular concept in the NCERT material, refer to any reference book of your choice for that same concept - this will reinforce the concept.
  • For choosing a reference book, you have to understand the language of how it's written and the content should have solved examples and practice questions.
  • Keep a timetable to chalk out a plan of the topics to be covered for a particular day. This will prevent you from wasting time in deciding the topics.
  • Maintain a good health by exercise, eating a balanced diet and getting adequate sleep.

Hope this answers your question!

Coaching classes create orientation about exam.

They teach easiest way to approach an exam.

To get success in any entrance exam, it's depending totally on you.

Your determination, dedication, persistence and practice will determine your rank.

It's not the time to create doubt about yourself.

Do revision multiple time what you have already learnt.

It's not on coaching institute, it's totally upon your confidence.

Good luck

To crack NEET, you must have your concepts thoroughly clear in all of the three subjects- physics, chemistry and biology. You must cover the syllabus and revise it many times. You must also solve a lot of MCQs. Make sure you have the right study material. If you can do all of this on your own, you don't necessarily need a coaching institute. But if you depend totally on self study, make sure you keep analysing yourself through test series, etc.

HI sanchita,

Well yes you can. BUT i want you to understand few things, like exams like NEET or any other competitive exams donot only want to test your subject knowledge or how much you retain but there is more to it. Things like time management and precision are also tested and these are the things where many loose. So coaching institutes give you an insight to the concepts that are usually asked, and the frame and pattern of questions and most importantly the mock tests serve a way of helping you master time managemnt.

There are questions such as which is not false? which misleads us to read which is false and we mark the wrong answer. coaching istitutes helpp you through multiple mock tests so that your brain is aware of the questions and not only the answers.

so i would suggest you to take mock tests, unless you are sure and confient on mastering the tactics of solving problems.

all the best.

Dear student, it is not very difficult to get into MBBS by studying at your own. For that you have to qualify the NEET UG examination first. To qualify the NEET UG you first have to know the syllabus of the examination. The examination have 3 subjects that is physics chemistry and Biology and the total marks will be 720. You can achieve a good rank, if you score 570 + marks as a General candidate. For that go through the NCERT books first. After you finish revising the NCERT books twice or thrice refer to the books of mtg, Arrihant and Dinesh publications for practicing more and more MCQs. By the time you have practiced almost 1500+ MCQs of each subject, you will have a crystal clear concept of all the three subjects. And concept is the main thing that is required to qualify the NEET UG examinations. So don't worry and study hard.

All the best for your upcoming examinations!

Dear Sanchita,

Be confident,it is one of the major deciding factor during preparation and exam. Know your syllabus well at first. Finish your NCERT books, as they will help in creating your base. Try to cover the entire 11th and 12th NCERT syllabus for your exam.Make your Physics strong because biology and chemistry is scoring for everyone but physics is deciding. Go through previous year questions papers that will make your concept clear about pattern of questions. Give online mock tests and practice sample papers. Follow a timetable. Give more time on weaker topics. Don't give up. All the best.

Study hard. Build your concepts strong. Practise regularly. Study only relevant books, dont run towards books. .read only ncert book for biology. Solve previous year question paper of neet ug repeatedly..

For physics, read ncert and coaching's notes. And for practising you can choose any book. I chose universal , dinesh and hc verma books for practising numericals..
Similar for chemistry.. also read solved examples of ncert book of physics and chemistry..
This much is sufficient to crack exam..
