It often happens that you mistakenly enter the same file name to multiple pdf files.
here are few steps to resolve your problem
- first download microsoft office in your phone and rename the file.
- then save the file freshly another time in any other place [may be downloads or documents]
- then connect usb drive to laptop
- locate the file in the laptop
- then copy and paste the file into any laptop drive

This is a very common problem and it happens due to system error or corrupt files in your mobile device. You can try searching for the file by the same name in your mobile and if there is no such file then you can create a new folder in your mobile phone and then transfer the file into that folder only. There is a much better solution for it, open WhatsApp web application in your laptop and send the file to some contact. Once the file is sent open the WhatsApp application on your mobile phone and you can easily access that document without any fail.
