You need to take impression of right & left hand thumb impression & finger impression on a white page and then upload it as per format prescribed by NTA.
Format in which you need to upload thumb & fingers impression of right & left hand is available on page number 119 of neet 2022 information brochure.

Coming to post card picture,
Its dimension should be 4”X6” and size: 10 kb to 200 kb)
For your reference,
Documents to be uploaded are given below along with specifications :-
************* your passport size photograph,(size: 10 kb to 200 kb)
************* your postcard size photograph (4”X6”) (Size: 10 kb to 200 kb)

your photographs must be taken on or after 01.01.2022 and preferably mentioning the name of the student and the date on which the photograph was clicked

you shouldn't be wearing any cap or goggle,
-
spectacles are allowed only if you use them regularly.

at least 80% face coverage should be there in your photographs

your ears should be visible
-
Should be coloured one
-
the background should be white.

Should be in jpg format
