you must wpuld be having an option while registering for the college admission but if you are doing it through neet online counselling you dont need to upload result.
chrck for the option or else they must have specified it on the screen itself.

MBBS applicants will be able to submit their NEET (UG)-2018 marks at our website from the date of
announcement of NEET (UG)-2018 results. Last Date for submission of NEET (UG)-2018 score is two
weeks from the date of announcement of NEET (UG)-2018 results.
The application fee includes a basic administrative fee of Rs.800 plus a registration fee per course applied.
The registration fee per course is given below:
Group A courses: MBBS, BSc (Nursing) & AHS Degree Courses – Rs. 500/- per course
All candidates applying to CMC Vellore for MBBS are also advised to apply for MBBS admission
through the counselling process of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
