When you click on the above link, you will be taken to a PDF with an undertaking format on page 9 that you must download and fill out before uploading it to the JEE-Main 2021 Application form's category certificate section.

Note that the photographs or images you will be uploading for JEE-Main 2021 must meet the NTA's criteria, which are enumerated below according to the official information brochure provided by NTA:

> The recent photos should be in colour or black/white, with a white backdrop and 80 percent of the face (without the mask) visible, including the ears.

> The file size for the candidate's photograph should be between 10 and 200 kb. The file size for the candidate's signature should be between 4 and 30 kb.

> For a duly confirmed result awaited attestation form, the file size should be in the range of 50kb to 500kb.

> The file size for a category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, etc.) should be between 50 and 300 kilobytes.

> In jpg/jpeg format, the file size for a PwD certificate should be between 50kb and 300kb.
