Hello,
If you are upgarded from an NIT to an IIT in the 7th round of JOSAA,then it's good for you.
And if you are getting a seat in an IIT in the last round and if you are satisfied,then the last step will be the reporting to your alloted institute and get your seat locked.
Your document verification must be done at the time you got a seat in previous round.
So there is nothing like withdrawing from the 7th round,it's the last round whatever you are alloted and if you accept it,then it will be final.
So seat locking will be the last step after your seat is upgraded.
