Dear Jaya, do you have any examination centre in mind where you want to take the exam? Because Mensa has few centres in India like Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad. The supervised test fee is 500Rs. The Annual Membership fee for the 1st year is 1000 Rs and for renewal it is 500Rs. You can also take your tests here at: http://test.mensa.no/
