It is hard to predict your marks based on the given percentile.
Because percentile refers the number students who are langing behind you.
For example if you score 80 percentile, that means you're performance in the exam is better than 80 percentage studrnts who appeard for the jee exam in same shift.
But you can calculate your rank by using the formula.
(100-percentile you scored)*(874469/100).
This will helps you to predict the general rank of a student you can calculate with this.
But it is just an approximate calculation, so dont depend much on it,its just an estimation that in how much range you can get your rank.
ALL THE BEST!!!
Hello!Surbhi
You can't calculate your raw score through percentile score as percentile only tells about relative performance of the candidates in their respective session. You call take rough idea about your rank under general quota using this formula:Probable Rank={100-percentile score×874469/100.This will gives you probable rank under general quota.Percentile is common to all not for any category specific that's why we talk about rank under general quota.
You can ask if you have any other queries.
GOOD LUCK!
