You have not mentioned for which course you want to know the process of getting seat in Tamil Nadu colleges for Andhra Pradesh students.

As per your profile, you are an Engineering Aspirant so based on it I'm answering the question. To get seat in Tamil Nadu Engineering Colleges there won't be separate exam conducted for most of the colleges and through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) counselling Engineering seats are filled in Tamil Nadu Colleges.

Thee will be few seats for other state students. You have to apply for TNEA to get seat in Tamil Nadu Engineering Colleges.

If you are trying for Deemed or Private University then you can write University level entrance exam and get seat. In these Universities also few seats are allocated for other state students.
