If thumb impression on neet pg appliction got rejected, Re-upload the thumb impression and you can submit the application and also once again read the instructions about the thumb impression.By re-uploading you can slove this.
The application form correction is for making changes in the data but not in the photograph and signature . If other wise found correct form will be considered as usual even if the name and date of taking the photograph was not mentioned.
