how will i know if i am alloted seat, My rank is 4741. In phase one of web options i was not notified if i was alloted a seat.

After the completion of the every step of counselling, candidates will be sent an SMS on their registered mobile numbers which will confirm the seat allotment. You can also check the complete information about with the given below link.
