Shana, in case your uploaded documents need to be corrected, you will receive a message from NTA regarding the same on your registered mobile as well as email ID. The message may arrive at any time during the correction window, i.e. from 15 January to 31 January 2020. Please be alert during the period for any such message as you will not be able to make changes once the window ends.

Although if you do not get any message from NTA, you can be assured that the uploaded documents have been approved, are correct according to the guidelines and do not require any further changes.
