The nodal centres are the places where document verification is done. Each state has their own method/mode for verification of documents for e.g. nodal centres for U.P. NEET COUNSELLING 2019 is listed in their official website under the 'notification' headline NEET_UG_2019_POLICY_DATED_17_06_2019 and no there may not be messages or emails sent by state counselling authority.
