how will they assign seats for sports quota?will they prefer neet score first or sports certificates first?

For all those who have any of the reservations or call into any special quota there is a percentage of seats given to them. Based on that percentage, the students would be segregated based on the highest marks achieved by a student if that category and so does the seats be provided.
